5–10 years of product management experience. Leading digital workplace, employee experience, or internal platform products are a plus
Experience with platforms such as Slack, Confluence, Glean (or comparable enterprise search), intranet platforms, and employee communications technologies
Strong understanding of AI products and emerging AI workflows, with the ability to translate new capabilities into product strategy
Experience leading both platform modernization initiatives and organizational change across cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent judgment in information architecture, digital communications, and employee experience design
A track record of succeeding in fast-moving, high-growth environments where defining the strategy is as important as executing it
