Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of software development experience, with a focus on data infrastructure
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, large-scale data projects
Strong expertise in big data components such as Kafka, Clickhouse, Spark and other distributed computing systems
Strong expertise with orchestrating, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments using Kubernetes (K8s) and Terraform/Helm
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale data platforms on cloud computing systems like AWS
Proficiency in Python, Java, Bash, and Go with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical roadmaps and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing engineers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-impact results
Knowledge of tying into various authorization/authentication systems
Networking and network security knowledge
Deep expertise in Clickhouse: demonstrated experience in architecting, tuning, and operating Clickhouse at scale

This role will be remote, and based in the United States. This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas
