About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support execution across the marketing department.

This role is centered around keeping projects moving, coordinating cross-functional marketing tasks, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and AI-powered workflows to manage campaign planning, PR communications, production coordination, and operational follow-through across multiple brands.

We are looking for someone with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to marketing execution.

Timezone: UTC+2 overlap 5h+/day

Location: Remote, full time

Responsibilities
PR communications. Handle incoming requests from PR contractors thoughtfully — what is publishable vs not, what context matters. Draft considered responses, not transparent forwarding.
Campaign planning documents. Produce comprehensive campaign plans (e.g., for Mountly) using Claude / AI tools. Iterate until the document accounts for everything. CMO reviews and comments — does not write.
Meeting follow-through. Capture and synthesize action items from team meetings (who promised what to whom), distributes, follows up on AIs >48h overdue. Help other team members with the same.
Design & print production. Order designs for flyers and print collateral; coordinates with designers; tracks production through suppliers (Latvia, France, mountain regions, etc.). Own the loop from brief to delivery.
Always-on availability. Pick up tasks across the marketing department when the CMO is deep in a big project, so things do not fall through the cracks. Department-level operational coverage.
