Now we look for a Product Analyst (Growth) to join our Analytics Team.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, opportunities, and drivers of product and business performance.
Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments, applying statistical methods to evaluate impact and support data-driven product decisions.
Monitor and analyze key product and growth metrics, including funnels, conversion, retention, cohorts, segmentation, and user behavior.
Proactively identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights.
Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and communicate them to product and business stakeholders.
Partner closely with Growth and Marketing teams to evaluate acquisition initiatives and identify opportunities for marketing-driven product growth.
Analyze acquisition channels, attribution, and campaign performance to understand their impact on user behavior, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to support ongoing product and growth decision-making.
Take ownership of ambiguous analytical problems, independently structuring investigations and driving them from hypothesis to recommendation.
Where relevant, apply Machine Learning techniques such as regression, gradient boosting, propensity modeling, or LTV prediction to improve targeting, forecasting, and growth decisions.
You’ll thrive here if you have
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Marketing Analytics;
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work efficiently with large datasets;
Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and statistical research;
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimentation frameworks, and statistical significance;
Hands-on experience analyzing product funnels, user journeys, retention, and cohort performance;
Strong product and business mindset with the ability to connect analytical findings to business impact;
Experience working with marketing performance data, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, or traffic analytics;
Understanding of attribution systems, user tracking, and marketing measurement principles;
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude, or similar;
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
