Upstart’s Experimentation Platform team is building shared foundations that make experimentation easier, more reliable, and more valuable across the company. The team partners closely with Machine Learning, Analytics, product, and engineering teams to bring greater coherence to Upstart’s experimentation capabilities, improve experimentation rigor, and enable teams to learn and innovate faster. As the Principal Product Manager, Experimentation Platform, you will co-lead this emerging platform area with cross-functional partners, shaping both its long-term strategy and the capabilities teams rely on today. You’ll help unify experimentation across teams, expand model deployment and experimentation capabilities, and establish practices that enable Upstart to scale experimentation with greater confidence.
