🚀 Chief Financial Officer | Remote 🚀
We’re looking for the company’s first Chief Financial Officer to build and lead the finance function from the ground up. You’ll own financial strategy, fundraising preparation, investor data room, liquidity relationships, unit economics, and scalable financial systems across a multi-jurisdictional fintech and crypto business.

✔️ About the Role and the Project
The company is a next-generation crypto neobank built on Solana, offering a seamless experience to borrow, earn, and spend digital assets through a credit card, savings hub, and trading ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building the company’s financial engine as the first CFO, owning financial modeling, investor materials, fundraising support, liquidity management, and transparent reporting across fiat and crypto operations. A key part of the role will be managing relationships with a credit liquidity provider supporting transaction flows, including annual interest rates, limits, and facility terms.
✔️ Key Responsibilities
•Build and lead the finance function as the company’s first CFO
•Report directly to the CEO and work closely with founders and leadership
•Prepare and manage the investor data room for upcoming fundraising rounds
•Support fundraising from the company side, including financial materials, models, forecasts, and investor communication
•Build financial models from scratch, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
•Manage relationships with structured credit and liquidity facility providers
•Oversee liquidity, limits, annual interest rates, repayment logic, and facility economics
•Build and own unit economics: CAC, LTV, MRR, yield margin, card transaction margin, and capital efficiency
•Monitor and optimize financial performance across fiat, crypto, card, credit, and yield flows
•Support financial operations across DIFC, UK, and UAE entities
•Coordinate with legal, product, and compliance teams on token, membership, yield, and card economics
•Ensure transparent reporting, treasury control, and financial discipline as the company scales
✔️ Key Qualifications
•5+ years of experience in finance
•2+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, payments, or digital banking
•Experience working with structured credit, liquidity facilities, or similar financing instruments
•Fundraising experience from the company side, including investor materials, financial models, and data room preparation
•Strong ability to build financial models from scratch, not just refine existing ones
•Hands-on experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, MRR, yield margins, card transaction margins, and revenue drivers
•Background in a VC-backed startup in the US, UK, UAE, or Europe
•Deep understanding of fintech, DeFi, Web3, payments infrastructure, and crypto treasury flows
•Strong investor communication, reporting, forecastin
