Strong Python and modern AI tooling; experience with RAG, embeddings/vector stores, and at least one major LLM provider or framework
Client-facing skills — you can lead a working session, explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and manage scope
Fluent English and consistent overlap with US business hours
A pragmatic, outcomes-first approach — you optimize for client value, not novelty
Consulting or professional-services background
Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce) or finance/operations data
Experience standing up evaluation, observability, or guardrail frameworks
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps familiarity
Location & schedule
Full-time, fully remote within South America, working core US business hours for client and team collaboration
