О роли
Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client
Чем предстоит заниматься
Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings
Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications
Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of recent AutoCAD experience; proficiency with ZWCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is highly beneficial

Description
The Pre-Construction Associate plays a key role in supporting architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development. This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements

Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables
Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations
Record and track daily and weekly project progress for internal monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements
Provide ongoing support to field teams during installation and fabrication stages
Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability
Ensure that all documents, drafts, and revisions meet internal quality standards and client requirements
Good mathematical and analytical skills, especially for computing dimensions and drawing contours
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management and a proactive, self-starting attitude (“can do” / “will do”)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Experience in sheet metal drafting or coordination
Background in the food services industry or projects involving specialized fabrication
Experience providing documentation or support during field installation phases
Creative eye for visuals and ability to produce presentation-ready outputs
