We are looking for candidates currently based in Cyprus who have experience in FinTech and payment systems.

Job description

Our team is developing a payment orchestration for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. It contains multiple integrations with payment systems, providers, and other gateways and processors, including 3DS.

We are looking for a Project Manager (Product Stream) to own delivery execution across payment orchestration’s Product Stream.

You will be responsible for ensuring predictable delivery, effective cross-functional collaboration, and transparent execution throughout the product development lifecycle. Working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and other stakeholders, you will coordinate delivery from planning through release while continuously improving delivery processes.

This role focuses on execution excellence rather than product strategy. You will help teams deliver the right work at the right time, remove delivery bottlenecks, and ensure complete visibility across ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across the stream.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery planning.

Track delivery progress, timelines, risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.

Ensure clear initiative ownership and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.

Maintain delivery transparency using Jira, dashboards, and status reporting.

Continuously improve delivery processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize team workflows.

Coordinate cross-stream initiatives and dependencies with the Integration Stream Project Manager.

Ensure delivery continuity during planned absences through structured handovers and backup processes.

Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and task structuring.

Maintain project documentation in Confluence and enforce consistent delivery standards.

Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, UI/UX Designers, Data teams, and the Integration Stream Project Manager.

Job requirements

You’ll thrive here if you have

3+ years of PM/Delivery Management experience in product software companies (FinTech, Payments, SaaS preferred).

Proven track record in cross-functional coordination, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and resolving cross-team dependencies.

Hands-on proficiency with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and delivery metrics (Lead/Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability); experience with Metabase is a plus.

Focus on process optimization, bottleneck reduction, predictable on-time delivery, and maintaining clear, transparent reporting.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.

B2+ English proficiency.
