3 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and a solid understanding of design principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to effectively collaborate with developers
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze design challenges and propose innovative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions
Experience working in Agile development processes and collaborating with development teams
Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs that enhance user experiences
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design
Fluency in English, as we use it daily
