7+ years of experience in Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar roles
Experience or strong domain understanding in Travel
Strong product ownership and business analysis background: backlog management, prioritization, scope control, acceptance criteria, requirements elicitation, and documentation
Ability to work at the intersection of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data, and Engineering
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and business logic clarification
Experience with some of the following: Power BI or equivalent analysis tools, data platforms, ETL, data validation, data structures, data flows, or report/dashboard testing
Understanding backend systems, integrations, APIs, JSON/XML, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints
AI-ready mindset and hands-on familiarity with AI tools, including ability to identify where AI can improve product ownership activities, analysis quality, documentation, and team productivity
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Advanced English skills (C1) for client-facing work
