3+ years of experience collaborating within cross-functional teams at a tech company, shipping end-to-end design solutions that make an impact
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale visual consistency across platforms
Exposure to data-informed design—comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams—you know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity
A Bachelor or Masters in Fine Arts in Graphic/Visual Design, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline
