At least 5 years of professional relevant experience in software development, with dedicated focus on game UI development
A minimum of one year of experience in people management or team leadership
Deep hands-on expertise developing within Unreal Engine, including workflows, packaging, and platform targeting
Practical experience building reusable and scalable UI component systems using UMG or equivalent in-engine UI frameworks
Proficiency in C++ within the Unreal Engine context, paired with a solid understanding of UI architectural patterns such as MVC or MVVM
Proven track record of connecting Unreal Engine frontend UI to backend services or data pipelines
Cross-platform development experience spanning PC, mobile, and consoles, with a clear understanding of platform-specific UI constraints and performance budgets
Experience using tools such as JIRA for bug tracking and task management
English level B2 or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong eye for UX, visual polish, and micro-interactions to elevate the overall user experience
Experience with Unreal Engine profiling tools and mobile performance budgets for fine-tuning application performance
Comfort working in mixed Blueprint and C++ codebases to collaborate effectively across different development approaches
Experience navigating console certification requirements to ensure successful platform releases
Shipped titles or commercial applications built in Unreal Engine, demonstrating end-to-end delivery capabilities
