We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our PyMe Product Origination team, focused on driving delivery, team growth, and execution quality.
The team owns the end-to-end lifecycle of credit product launches for legal entities — from the first product available to a verified business customer, through to the tools they use to manage their team and accounts. The scope spans both revenue-generating products and internal business banking features.
This is a hands-on role. You'll split your time between leading people (coaching, planning, stakeholder communication) and staying close to the technical work — contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and implementation when it matters.

•1+ year managing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
•Proven skills in hiring, performance management, delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
•4+ years of Go development experience — enough to participate in architectural discussions and validate the team's technical decisions
•Experience building and improving development processes — planning, decomposition, retrospectives, and quality gates
•Navigating stakeholder relationships with confidence — articulating the team's position clearly and constructively, even when priorities conflict.
