Senior .Net Engineer (+Blazor) - Job Description
What you'll do
•Designing and implementing both backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions
•Working closely with business analysts and client-side technical teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions
•Defining modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and contribute to team process improvements
•Taking ownership of tasks from requirements analysis to release, identify dependencies, and escalate roadblocks independently
•Evaluating technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies and document architectural decisions
Who you are / Requirements
•Hands-on expertise in backend development (C#/.NET) and frontend frameworks (Blazor)
•Strong experience with SQL (e.g., T-SQL, stored procedures)
•Proficient in Git and Git Flow practices
•Ability to independently drive tasks from analysis to deployment
•Experience as both a solo developer and a team lead in enterprise projects
•Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation
Nice to have
•Experience with insurance/financial systems (credit insurance preferred)
•Understanding of system design and ability to create architectural documentation
•Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures
•Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
