Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements
Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance
Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations
Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed
Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Web
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Anticipated salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 DOE
