7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including Lead BA roles in complex delivery, discovery, presales, or early project shaping
Strong expertise in requirements strategy, scope structuring, stakeholder alignment, business process analysis, and solution framing
Experience in ambiguous, high-complexity, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong consulting mindset, client-facing communication, and ability to work with senior stakeholders
Understanding of BA governance, quality standards, delivery risks, seniority expectations, and project-role fit
Experience mentoring or developing Business Analysts
Strong ownership, systemic thinking, and ability to influence without direct authority
AI-ready mindset and understanding of how AI can strengthen BA work, productivity, and client advisory
Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1 level
