•Conduct performance reviews

•Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks

•Drive adoption of agentic AI and LLM tooling

•Drive software testing and security practices

•Ensure platform quality reliability and operational health

•Establish Agile delivery processes and metrics

•Lead multiple engineering teams

•Lead technical design reviews

•Manage incident and operational response

•Manage mentor and develop engineers

•Own end-to-end delivery

•Own hiring and onboarding

•Partner with product design data and business leaders

•Plan estimate and manage on call

•Provide architectural guidance

•Set and enforce engineering standards

•Translate strategy into technical roadmaps
