О роли

The Data Analytics Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to develop practical analytics skills, gain hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and join the company upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Kazakhstan: candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Kazakhstan can join online.

People who enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, exploring trends, and transforming information into valuable business insights

English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication)

Basic understanding of programming languages, primarily Python for data analysis and modeling

Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Exposure to data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Understanding of fundamental statistical analysis and machine learning concepts

A desire to grow in Data Analytics and IT

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Exposure to advanced machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Participation in academic projects, internships, or hackathons related to data analysis, machine learning, or BI development

Experienced mentors and regular feedback. You'll always know what you're doing well and what you can improve

A personal coordinator. They will help you adapt, answer your questions, and support you throughout the program
