8+ years of experience, including 5+ in product management or equivalent founder/operator roles
Proven success building and scaling products, ideally in fintech or payments
Strong mix of strategic vision and executional drive; able to see the big picture while sweating the details
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments and lead with conviction
Track record of cross-functional impact, influencing design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver results
Hands-on comfort with data and AI tools for writing, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation
