Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related technical field
CCNP certification or equivalent experience, meaning you are comfortable designing, building, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex networking infrastructures
2+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and cloud computing (AWS public cloud preferred), focused on AWS networking services
2+ years of experience in planning, deploying, and troubleshooting network solutions (including IP addressing planning, BGP routing, and physical devices such as firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches)
English proficiency, with the ability to read, write, and participate in meetings
Leadership and a collaborative mindset—the ability to work with team members regardless of seniority level
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, a willingness to share knowledge, and openness to feedback
The ability to collaborate with customers when necessary to fulfill deliverables
Proficiency in English to facilitate clear and consistent understanding across time zones and language boundaries
