О роли
The Business Analysis Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real business processes, develop analytical thinking, strengthen your requirements management skills, and join the team upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Georgia: candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Georgia

People who enjoy analyzing information, identifying connections, understanding complex processes, and finding solutions that bring value to both businesses and users
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication)
Completed Business Analysis courses
Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis
Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into the details
A desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT
German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
Experience in healthcare, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, auditing), consulting, or international law
Experienced mentors and regular feedback. You'll always know what you're doing well and what you can improve
A personal coordinator. They will help you adapt, answer your questions, and support you throughout the program
Real Business Analysis challenges. Requirements gathering, user stories, documentation, team communication, and immersion in business domains
Broad domain expertise. Banking, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and other internationally recognized industries
Transparent grades and clear growth paths. You'll always understand which skills will help you reach the next level
