Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm
Manage inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders
Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting
Track follow-ups, decisions, and commitments to help projects move forward and keep stakeholders accountable
Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, logistics, scheduling changes, and last-minute adjustments
Support investor meetings, board-related preparation, executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Anticipate needs, identify blockers early, and solve problems proactively before they escalate
Partner across the company to create clarity, improve coordination, and help leadership operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment
Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment
Are based in an APJ / APAC timezone and can provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication
Have experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams
Are tech savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows
Bring strong judgment around prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication
Are energized by organized chaos, fast-moving priorities, and solving problems before they become blockers
Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and staying several steps ahead
