5 or more years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, technical program management, or forward deployed or solutions engineering roles
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related technical field
Authorization to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship
Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in Python, C++, or similar languages
Experience deploying, integrating, or supporting complex technical systems, ideally within safety critical or high reliability environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional programs and manage technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical teams
Comfortable operating in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other regulated industries
Background in safety critical systems, autonomy, machine learning infrastructure, simulation, or digital engineering
Experience with enterprise deployments, data integrations, platform architectures, APIs, or SDKs
Familiarity with safety standards such as UL 4600, ISO 26262, DO 178C, or MIL STD 882
Strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate interdisciplinary technical challenges
Ability to engage in architecture discussions and influence technical decisions
