Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
SAP, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, or other relevant industry certifications
5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing systems, planning, or business analysis
Experience supporting or implementing production scheduling, planning, APS, or supply chain planning systems
Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, scheduling processes, and capacity considerations
Experience working with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and IT
Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
Experience supporting testing, deployment, stabilization, and user support activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing
Experience with OMP or similar advanced planning and scheduling tools
Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing environments
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, MES, ERP, or integrated supply chain systems
Experience with change management, training, or end-user support
Familiarity with master data, reporting, and system integration concepts
