Безопасно подключать реальные объекты: получить достоверную telemetry, создать корректный point mapping и подготовить ограниченный, проверяемый action path
Проводить site survey вместе с facility management, IT/security и BMS vendor
Получать point lists, network topology, vendor manuals, sequence of operations и access requirements
Инвентаризировать HVAC, AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, meters, sensors, alarms и supporting systems в рамках scope
Подключать BACnet/IP и BACnet/SC при доступности
Подключать Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA, MQTT, KNX, REST APIs и edge gateways по необходимости
Делать mapping каждого relevant vendor point в существующие EXO entity/state/event schemas
Проверять units, ranges, timestamp quality, polling interval, stale readings, duplicates и alarm codes
Классифицировать points как telemetry, setpoint, command, alarm, availability, maintenance или life-safety
Начинать с read-only integration; direct write access не включать без письменного approval
Создавать action allowlist и action denylist совместно с Technical Lead и facility manager
Документировать manual override, safe mode, rollback и local control ownership
Участвовать в commissioning и UAT на объекте
Настраивать device heartbeat и data freshness monitoring
Помогать Data Engineer определять canonical units, quality flags и source metadata
Проверять, что EXO не меняет fire/life-safety systems и critical control loops вне утверждённой политики
Готовить device/system inventory и known limitations register
Поддерживать troubleshooting gateway, network, protocol и vendor configuration issues
Обучать operators/facility team границам EXO pilot и escalation path
Участвовать в verification после каждого разрешённого low-risk action
За первые 90 дней необходимо сделать: read-only telemetry, confirmed point mapping, quality report, approved action boundaries и UAT plan
