Обязанности

•Build Class-A and high quality surface models

•Collaborate with controls and firmware for mechanical safety features

•Collaborate with industrial designers on safe forms

•Conduct and maintain risk assessments

•Define and enforce safe by design guidelines

•Design protective structures for safe contact forces

•Develop parametric surfacing strategies

•Enforce surface quality standards

•Ensure manufacturability with DFMA and vendors

•Generate scan to CAD workflows

•Integrate structural components for mounting sealing and serviceability

•Investigate and resolve safety findings from testing and hazard reviews

•Perform hand calculations and FEA for impact crush and pinch

•Produce surface analysis outputs

•Select surface materials and validate with mockups

•Support human factors with prototypes

•Support safety certification and compliance documentation

•Translate industrial design intent into CAD geometry
