О роли
The Full-stack QA Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to learn modern testing approaches, explore automation, expand your technical expertise, and join the team upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Kazakhstan: candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from Astana can join online.

People who want to grow in software quality assurance, are interested in the technical side of development, and are ready to expand their expertise beyond traditional testing
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication)
Strong understanding of software testing theory
Understanding of SQL and database fundamentals
Understanding of Web and Mobile application principles
Willingness to learn actively and master new tools
German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
Basic knowledge of programming languages
Completed testing-related courses
Participation in educational, pet, or open-source projects
Experienced mentors and regular technical reviews. You'll always know what you're doing well and where you can improve
A personal coordinator. They will help you adapt, answer your questions, and support you throughout the entire program
A broad view of QA. From test design and working with databases to exploring automation and modern quality assurance practices
