•Apply machine learning and GenAI approaches in regulated environment
•Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver end to end
•Guide stakeholders on model risk governance and validation requirements
•Lead financial crime model validation stream
•Mentor team members on project delivery and model validation practice
•Provide technical leadership on model design and statistical methods
•Support computationally intensive transaction scanning use cases
•Validate machine learning models for financial crime
