Collaboration: Work with Board/shareholders on tech investments and resource allocation

CTO/VP Engineering in fintech, payments, crypto, or high-growth tech
Scalable platforms: Built/managed distributed systems (50+ engineers)
Payments Infrastructure Expertise: Deep knowledge of card issuing/acquiring, banking, or EMI/crypto regulation
Regulated Environments: Worked in compliance-heavy industries (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR)
Languages: Russian and English fluently in both
