As an Enterprise Product Manager, you will independently contribute to and lead the following areas
Process Optimization: Optimize and strategically evolve Workday Finance Order to Cash (OTC) systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions
Operational Excellence: Independently contribute to Customer Contracts, Billing, Collections, Invoices, and Settlements, as well as OTC period close activities
Transformation Projects: Lead and participate in Order Management and Billing transformation projects and large-scale operational changes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other business application owners to ensure smooth business automation and data management processes across the ecosystem
Roadmap & Strategy: Provide expert input into the IT Roadmap, including Workday new feature rollouts, major releases, and the implementation of new modules
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and champion in driving industry best practices for the evolution of Snowflake’s OTC business users
Agile Leadership: Organize various scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) using agile methodology
Quality & Training: Lead quality assurance by defining testing strategies, identifying risks, and assisting in the creation of training materials and release notes for OTC users
Gathering and translating complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable functional specifications
Working with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design and solution documents
Managing communications and change processes for all new changes on the platform
Developing and executing test scripts for UAT, post-sprint, and regression testing
Ensuring system issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
