We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

Responsibilities

Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning.

Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution.

Drive a data-informed engineering culture (metrics, quality, efficiency).

Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall tech health.

Ensure synergy across core products.

Build and scale an org of ~25 engineers via Team Leads.

Identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues proactively.

What makes you the perfect fit

5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems.

Deep architectural expertise (build systems, CI/CD, modular architecture).

Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools.

Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction.
