Internship, co-op, or project experience as a software, data, ML/AI, or solutions engineer
Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform
Understanding of data and analytics workflows such as SQL, ELT/ETL, notebooks, dbt, data science, or application development
Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, documentation, videos, or developer communities
Experience organizing hackathons, meetups, workshops, student clubs, or other technical community programs
Experience measuring content, community, or product adoption using quantitative and qualitative signals
Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
A strong technical foundation and experience building software products demonstrated through prior roles, internships, coursework, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects
Hands-on experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, source control, CI/CD etc
Familiarity with modern AI development, including prompting, grounding, evaluation, RAG, agents, tool calling, or LLM APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts through clear narratives, examples, and presentations
Comfort presenting and facilitating technical sessions for groups with different levels of experience
A bias for action and ownership: you can structure ambiguous problems, learn quickly, seek feedback, and iterate
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across technical and non-technical teams through school, internships, community work, or prior roles
