•Design indexing and storage I O optimization

•Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD

•Drive engineering excellence with reusable components

•Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows

•Engage clients for business needs and solutioning

•Ensure scalable robust delivery aligned to business outcomes

•Ensure secure compliant reliable solution delivery

•Execute database performance assessments and capacity planning

•Implement DataOps monitoring alerting and optimization

•Implement observability and performance best practices

•Implement real time analytics platforms

•Lead and mentor cross-functional teams

•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects

•Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives

•Lead innovation in delivery models and accelerators

•Monitor emerging technologies for strategic direction

•Oversee technical execution across multiple projects

•Perform query tuning and execution plan analysis

•Plan compute sizing partitioning and concurrency

•Support pre sales with estimates proof of concept and proposals

•Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
