A Chaos Coordinator: You have a proven track record of managing multi-team technical rollouts—such as system-wide migrations, access management updates, or core developer tool implementations—from concept to completion
Operational Architect: You possess well-developed philosophies on what great execution looks like, knowing how to balance process with speed, and how to measure organizational velocity effectively
Data-Informed Problem Solver: You are highly data-literate and love using numbers to tell a story. You are comfortable writing SQL or leveraging modern AI productivity tools to track metrics, diagnose roadblocks, and automate status tracking
An Exceptional Translator: You are a clear, empathetic communicator who can effortlessly bridge the gap between deeply technical infrastructure concepts and business-facing teams, executives, or client IT departments
Please note: we are looking for employees to join our in-person culture at one of our offices (Denver, New York, or San Francisco). Our weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely
