8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping developer-facing tools or technical infrastructure
Deep Technical Fluency: A strong background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with specific expertise in testing strategies and automated validation at scale

Strategic Execution: The ability to take broad, complex problem spaces—like "optimizing the test pyramid for a distributed system"—and decompose them into actionable, multi-quarter roadmaps
Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly analytical mindset, knowing how to use metrics (e.g., test flakiness, build duration, developer sentiment) to prioritize the backlog effectively
