Analytical rigor — you're comfortable digging into data, interpreting experiment results, and turning qualitative and quantitative inputs into insights and product opportunities
World-class execution with high agency — you ship reliably, identify what matters without waiting to be told, and hold yourself to a high bar on quality and follow-through
The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, analytics, and research — building trust and driving alignment without relying on authority
Strong communication skills — you can deliver results, drive narratives, and explain tradeoffs in a way that brings stakeholders along and creates clarity
Coachability — you seek out feedback, absorb it without defensiveness, and visibly grow from it
Bonus points if you've worked on checkout, e-commerce, or fintech products in the past

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
