•Build statistical and machine learning models
•Design production data pipelines
•Implement and validate data science pipelines and models
•Iterate after launch based on validation results
•Maintain analytical systems for risk adjustment
•Own projects end to end including scoping technical design implementation validation and iteration
•Provide informal mentorship to junior data scientists
•Re engineer workflows for robustness accuracy and features
•Support longer term strategies and roadmap for risk adjustment models and infrastructure
•Translate manual business processes into automated workflows
