Your role As a Consultant, you will support clients throughout their transformation journey, from assessing current challenges and defining future-state ambitions to implementing transformation initiatives and measuring results. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to solve complex business challenges through a combination of strategy, process improvement, organizational design, and technology-enabled transformation.
Чем предстоит заниматься
Support project teams in delivering business and transformation engagements across a variety of industries
Conduct research, gather information, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client work
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other client deliverables
Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to the development of business insights and recommendations
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews, documenting key discussions and actions
Support project management activities, including work planning, status tracking, and meeting coordination
Collaborate with team members across different functions and service areas to solve complex business challenges
Contribute to proposal development, market research, and business development initiatives
Continuously develop consulting, analytical, and communication skills through on-the-job learning and coaching
Наши требования
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field
Relevant internship or 1-2 years professional experience in consulting, project management, strategy, transformation, business analysis, or related areas would be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Fluency in Russian and English
