Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field (Experience may be substituted for education)
5+ years of experience in data architecture, interface engineering, or healthcare systems integration
Experience building dashboards using Power BI
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR
Experience with healthcare interoperability frameworks and health information exchange (HIE) architectures
Experience moving clinical and/or claims data between disparate healthcare systems
Experience monitoring and supporting production interfaces
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure data transmission standards
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, Aurora, Redshift, Lambda, S3)
Experience developing applications or automation solutions using Power Apps
Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline design
Experience supporting CMS, VA, DoD, or other federal healthcare agencies
Oracle Cerner experience is a plus
