•Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for AI workloads

•Develop and manage automation tools for reliability and efficiency

•Identify and implement improvements to systems and development processes

•Implement and maintain monitoring alerting and logging

•Lead design and development of scalable LLM powered applications and services

•Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis

•Mentor junior engineers
