Full-stack Software Engineer

Remote - Full Time

Quilgo builds assessment and proctoring software used by thousands of educators and organisations worldwide. We operate as a small, highly effective remote team building reliable, practical software that solves real problems. We are looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to help build new features and improve the user experience of the Quilgo platform and integrations.

Build and ship new product features across backend and frontend

Own specific product areas end-to-end

Improve UI and UX across the platform

Collaborate on product ideas and feature design

Design and implement APIs and services

Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems

Contribute to architectural decisions when needed

Strong experience with Node.js

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular)

Strong full-stack engineering ability

Experience building SaaS products

Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS

Comfortable working across backend and frontend

Comfortable working in small team environments

Good written English and ability to communicate clearly in async environments

Ability to work independently

The expected range for this role is USD 2500-4000 per month
