•Build dynamic provisioning snapshots and volume resize

•Deliver storage as Kubernetes first class using CSI drivers

•Design for small file and metadata IO patterns

•Design multi tenant file and block storage architecture

•Drive reliability durability and observability using telemetry metrics and dashboards

•Implement data path through control plane

•Integrate storage performance technologies like RDMA and InfiniBand

•Lead design reviews and mentor engineers

•Own storage subsystems end to end

•Set technical direction for storage services
