Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, including backend development
Intermediate experience with Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
Intermediate to advanced skills in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot
Strong background in AI engineering and software development
Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills
Comfort facilitating hands-on workshops and bootcamps
Passion for learning emerging technologies and rapidly building expertise in new areas
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Experience designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings
Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices
