4–7 years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
Proven experience operating and improving high-traffic, high-availability systems
Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system design
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong Linux system administration skills
Proficiency in scripting and at least one programming language
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly explain past decisions, trade-offs, failures, and learnings
Comfort working in ambiguous environments without rigid SOPs
Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
AWS certifications
