Microsoft certification: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or an equivalent Dynamics 365 Customer Service credential
Prior experience in logistics, freight, or supply-chain domains
Experience with embedded Power BI reporting
Exposure to responsible-AI or content-moderation guardrail design
Arabic language familiarity is a plus but not required — bot-content localization is led by the Business Analyst, not this role
5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / Omnichannel / Contact Center)
Strong Power Platform skills: Dataverse, Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, and PCF components
Hands-on experience building bots in Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, escalation/handoff design)
C#/.NET plugin development and JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customization
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST/Web APIs
Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model (security roles, business units, field-level security) and standard identity controls (SSO/MFA)
Experience configuring omnichannel routing, queues, and SLA rules
Comfortable working independently, within a phased delivery model that includes formal UAT and hypercare stages
Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to produce clear technical and administrator documentation
