We're hiring a Staff Product Designer to join our Discovery and Community team and help define what Patreon becomes next. Your work will center on how fans find creators and communities that are meaningful to them, shaping how creator work is surfaced across a platform built for connection over attention, and how new content formats and experiences deepen those relationships over time. You'll be part of a small, close-knit design team, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and ship experiences with polish and purpose. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
