Чем предстоит заниматься
Lead business process and financial cycle automation projects for internal corporate finance department, with primary focus on implementation of SAP finance modules and AI solutions
Partner on internal IT projects to prioritize roadmaps, support Finance stakeholder requirements, and assess impacts on processes and controls
Lead and/or participate in design and implementation of AI-based solutions to automate processes, controls and enable AI-assisted analysis
Manage internal projects by defining scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, execution plans, and success measures, and ensuring implementation sustainability
Perform business analysis activities such as discovery phases, process assessments, gap analysis, and defining business requirements
Наши требования
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Analysis in Finance/another related field
3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in process design/process transformation and automation/project management/business analysis/continuous improvement
Understanding of business processes and financial cycles like Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, etc. alongside internal controls and compliance
Practical knowledge of SAP FI and related financial modules, gained through hands-on system use/consulting/implementation support/close collaboration with SAP functional teams
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity, particularly in process analysis, documentation drafting, workflow optimization, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency
Capability to independently manage multiple initiatives and ensure project completion
B2 English, both verbal and written
