Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as OpenAI SDK, Azure AI SDK, LangChain, and Pandas
Knowledge of enterprise data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Prior experience in professional services (accounting, consulting, or similar) a plus
Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI
Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools
Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation
Solid programming skills with Python
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 5 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of applied AI experience

Strong programming background in Python and SQL, with experience using frameworks and libraries like LangChain, Pandas, and Azure AI SDK
Experience building and deploying chatbots, Copilot extensions, and automation workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Skilled in data engineering and pipeline development, including preparation of structured and unstructured datasets for AI/ML use cases
