Staff Frontend Engineer

Team Structure: The frontend team at Superluminal is currently a three-person effort, and this hire will be one of the first people working on it full time. Ownership: This role carries a high degree of independence. Decisions made here ship fast and shape the product directly, with very little process in between. Domain Fit: This role calls for someone who trades perps personally, or follows the space closely enough to have real opinions about it. That understanding of what a trader actually needs is what separates a good perps interface from a merely functional one. Growth Path: The role is an individual contributor position day to day, with room to grow into a leadership role over time for the right person, though this is not a requirement.
